Thrive in 2025: A Self-Compassion and Wellness Group for Therapists

26%-The percentage of therapists working with cases of trauma who are at-risk for experiencing secondary trauma symptoms.

46%-The approximate percentage of therapists with compassion fatigue

50%-The approximate percentage of therapists experiencing symptoms of burnout.

Mental healthcare providers dedicate their careers to helping others heal. However, aspects of the counseling profession can put therapists at-risk for experiencing stressors that affect their own well-being. It is important for clinicians to also care for themselves.

Join Hayley Twyman Brack, MA, LPC, for an 8-week educational series on self-compassion and wellness. In this group, participants will take part in self-assessments that aim to identify signs of burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary trauma, learn evidence-based strategies to maintain one's whole well-being, and have opportunities to connect with colleagues who are also on the path to self-preservation and care. Participants will explore strategies for self-care that go beyond bubble baths, as well as set their own personal goals for wellness in 2025.

The group will meet weekly on Thursdays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM via Zoom beginning Thursday January 16th.

Unable to attend live? Want to review the week's session?
